Great product when you have to use it. I've bought and tried them all and this pull up is the best fit of all for a 54 inch waist. Still doesn't quite cover high enough but best fit of them all. They work great for minor incontinence or leaking. They are a great middle-step when an adult diaper or cloth diaper are too much but a pad is not enought. They wear just like regular underwear and are easy to forget you are wearing them. They are very absorbent and can handle a large amount over time but do have a problem with sudden and high volume wetting. But that is what an adult diaper is for. The pop-up leak barriers work well.

These are a very good product. Much better than store brand and other off the shelf brands.

They wear very well under clothes and do not show. And when then might, they do not draw attention like other products do. Thomas
