suits needs I use this on my elderly aunt who has dementia She rarely urinates during the day hours so urination during the night hours are heavy. There have been a few incidents where she has wet the bed despite wearing these but I think it is because of her movements in the bed and that the underwear are not snug enough around her legs. With these overnights combined with two liners he makes it through the night and I get more sleep. Have tried so many products that are uncomfortable, leak, ugly, irritated my skin, and still felt very insecure. Thank You for helping those of us who are not able to walk, and live a life in a power chair, therefore not able to transfer to get to bathroom quickly. The only disadvantage for me is that the front area of the legs to groin does not fit snug enough to my body and the skin of my groin gets irritated due to skin to skin contact. Not sure as this area can be redesigned or not, but that IS THE ONLY PART that I desire a change. I have severe spinal cord trauma and injury. Thank you for a great product!
