These are classic old-school diapers (I am biased towards poly-backed briefs as opposed to the new breathable ones).
The waistband makes for a comfortable, snug upper fit...especially if you have lots of scar tissue like I do.
They are great for just sitting around in relaxing, a treat after a hard day at work. The only issue I have encountered is that if not changed promptly after being saturated, the inner seams can come undone. This can result in urine-soaked fluff going all over the place. They don't have odor control, so it can be noticeable. - bottom line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
