CR softest brief I've experienced If you have a tall frame, you will need the large size because the mediums are too short(31"). In addition to waist sizing, companies should provide the front to back length. Attends Med, for example, measure 33" and that makes a big difference in fit. I don't know where these standards come from. Most makers use 31" for med and I think it is too short. kevin Great for overnight use These will hold multiple voids. Features anti-leak cuffs for containment, plus discreet profile for comfort and dignity. A 3-part absorbent core provides added dryness. Dual tapes for refastening. Super Plus briefs offer all the features of the Super briefs, plus they have padded panels for added comfort and absorbency.

The high level of absorbency of the Molicare briefs make them a good choice for extended wear/overnight use. The "Super" features a T shape that provides a more discreet fit. The "Super Plus" is more absorbent and has padded side panels.
