Very comfortable. Easy to get on and off. Also very effective in the pad holding liquid.
Most difficult aspect of this and all paper underwear is bunching in the front and trying to get the underwear pulled equally up and around a larger body without tearing the underwear. This product does as well as any I have used and I have tried many brands. I like Tena much better than any other product. - bottom line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
