The best I ever had This is the first disposable that didnt leak when laying on my side or on long car ride. Wish the local pharmacys carried them. Regular Joe Maximum absorbency I bought these for my dad to put on my mom who is on diuretics and urinate heavily at night. We have had very few accidents and when we do they are very small. They are hard to put on standing up and the tape doesn't always come off and reattach. This is by far the most absorbent brief we've tried. I have used two other brands of briefs for nighttime that are much better at the ATN use. scott61 A good brief for those with incontinence I tried these a few month ago since they were less then some super absorbent briefs despite mixed reviews, some very negative... Overall the briefs have been good. They are a little snug despite the recommended size range but its given me a good fit when I tape it right. It is extremely absorbent despite being fairly thin for an overnight brief. It is plastic backed which might make it unappealing to some people however being bowel incontinent I find it a good thing as plastic backed briefs seem to work better for odor prevention allowing dignity to those of us who have to wear a brief for this condition some dignity. Also despite what I've read about it being noisy plastic I haven't noticed that to be true as it isn't really that noticeable under clothing its not even as noisy as well known brand available in stores under the product name protection with tabs. Its biggest problem is taping as the tapes aren't easy to fit right always and repositioning with the tape tracks isn't particularly easy. dave82 Great diaper I like the way they fit and the plastic outer is a big plus,I still wear plastic pants with these. seethru1
