I got the 16" cover for my mattress because it was 11" inches deep so the 9" was too small. I was worried it might be baggie and cause my sheets to slip off, but I tucked the excess material (there really wasn't much) between the mattress and box spring like the customer care representative suggested and it has worked perfectly. This cover it not hot or noisy. I live in an apartment and travel a lot, and this cover provides me with the confidence that I will not fall victim to bedbugs. I have also noticed an improvement in my allergies, an added benefit, I suppose due to the dust mite protection.
