Use in place of regular briefs for complete waterproof protection. Or can be used with disposable pad or underwear if extra absorbency is needed. Comfortable cotton leg and waist openings. Machine wash and dry.

I think these pants would have been perfect for my light incontinence and I was disappointed that the sizing seemed inadequate. I ordered an adult medium and the waist size by the manufacturer was way too small. I am convinced that the large adult size would not fit me either. My waist is a 34" and the underwear was at best a 26". If the sizing get figured out I would definietly buy and or recommend this pant.
