Return Policy
National Incontinence offers one of the best return policies in the online business. You may return your unused purchase for any reason within 30 days of reciept for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
The merchandise should be received in the original, resellable condition. Because of health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of used bedding, briefs and other merchandise or opened packages of disposable products. Contact us for return merchandise authorization (RMA) before shipping any return (see instructions below).
Problem with an Item
If you experience a problem with an item or need a different size, please call us at 800-998-1745 or use the Contact Us form. Instruction manuals with troubleshooting tips for electronic items such as watches and alarms can be found on their respective pages.
How to Return an Item
Submit the following request or call us at 800-998-1745 for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before returning the item to us. Returns received without this number cannot be processed. The RMA number must be requested within 30 days of purchase and the returned item should be received within 14 days of issuance of this number.
Please carefully pack returned items in their original packaging. National Incontinence is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Please be advised that tracking information mus be requested at the post office for items sent by US mail. Since we cannot issue credit for a return without confiming its receipt, we recommend that all returns be sent using a delivery method that can be tracked and/or insured.
