Shipping methods

Orders shipped via Standard Shipping will be shipped via the US Postal Service, Fed Ex or UPS. There is no way to guarantee that your order will be shipped via a specific method when you choose standard delivery. For in-stock items with standard shipping, you should expect to receive your order within 4 to 7 business days. Should you choose expedited shipping, you will receive your order in 2-3 business days. If your order contains multiple items, it may ship from different warehouses and arrive on different dates.

Expedited orders (2-3 business days) are typically shipped via UPS or Fed Ex. Shipping charges for expedited orders are calculated automatically when you proceed to checkout for online orders, or when you place your order over the phone. If your expedited order is placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on weekdays (excluding holidays), your order will ship the same day. For orders with Standard Shipping, your order will be processed within one business day. Please note when using expedited shipping methods we cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific time. Generally UPS or Fed Ex will deliver your package by 8:00 PM on the estimated date of delivery. UPS and Fed Ex do not deliver to PO Boxes, so we are unable to ship via an expedited method to PO Boxes.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times

You can choose from a variety of shipping options for your order. Shipping costs are based on the shipping service level you choose. We only ship within the continental United States.

Standard Shipping is processed within one business day and shipping is generally 4-7 business days. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 for orders less than $75, or free for orders over $75. Standard shipping can be through Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS.

Expedited Shipping is processed same day if the order is placed before 2 PM EST and shipping is 2-3 business days. If you order is placed after 2 PM EST, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day. Expedited shipping costs are calculated online in the ordering process. These rates are the actual UPS shipping rates and vary based on the destination and items purchased.

Some items or locations may not qualify for free shipping. Items that do not qualify will be identified on the product page.

We do not offer weekend delivery for expedited orders. Orders shipped through UPS or Fed Ex are delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders shipping via USPS (some standard shipping orders) are delivered Monday through Saturday, although Saturday delivery can not be guaranteed. Delivery is not available on Sunday.

Peak Season Disclaimer - The guarantee for all expedited orders is suspended for shipments picked up on Dec. 21, 22 and 23.

Risk of Loss - All items purchased from National Incontinence are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier.

Out of Stock Items - For out of stock items, we will notify you if we cannot ship your item within a week. For orders placed online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation notifying you once your order is shipped.
