Shipping methods
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping will be shipped via the US Postal Service, FedEx Ground or UPS. There is no way to guarantee that your order will be shipped via a specific method when you choose standard delivery. For in-stock items delivered within the continental United States, you should expect to receive your order within the estimated time frames (listed as Business Days) defined below. If your order contains multiple items, it may ship from different warehouses and arrive on different dates.
Expedited orders (Next Day and 2nd Day Air) are typically shipped via UPS. Shipping charges for expedited orders are calculated automatically when you proceed to checkout for online orders, or when you place your order over the phone. If you order Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air before 2:00 p.m. eastern time on weekdays (excluding holidays), your order will ship the same day. Please note when using expedited shipping methods we cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific time. Generally UPS will deliver your package by 8pm on the estimated date of delivery. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, so we are unable to ship via an expedited method to these addresses.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times
You can choose from a variety of shipping options for your order. Shipping costs are based on the shipping service level you choose.
These estimates are based on our most common orders. The times listed above are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding all national holidays). We can only begin to investigate lost orders once 10 business days have passed since the date of shipment.
These rates are subject to change. Please be advised that shipping to a destination that requires a customs declaration will result in your packing slip identifying the package contents to be included on the customs label.
- Some items or locations may not qualify for free shipping.
In order to provide better service, we ship all orders USPS Priority Mail to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO Military addresses (more economical shipping methods are used for all other orders). As a result of this increased cost to ship these orders via USPS Priority, these locations require a nominal delivery charge. This shipping fee is calculated for you at checkout. Certain items may be ineligible for our Free Shipping Program or discounted shipping promotions. Items that do not qualify will be identifed for you.
- Order Processing Deadlines
For overnight and 2-day shipping, orders received before 2 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday (except holidays) will be processed the same day. Orders received after the cutoff time will be processed the next day (or, if the next day is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the next business day). We will send confirmation when we have finished processing your order.
Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after the cutoff time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order and the actual shipment of your order.
- Weekend Delivery
Expedited orders shipped via UPS (Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day) are delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders shipped via USPS (Standard) are delivered Monday through Saturday. Delivery is not available on Sundays.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from National Incontinence are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier.
Out of Stock Items
For out of stock items, we will notify you if we cannot ship your item within a week. For orders placed online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation notifying you once your order is shipped.
