About Order Status
- You may check the status of your order, backordered items, date shipped, tracking information and returns.
- UPS Packages: If your package is shipping via UPS, you can click your tracking number to see when it will arrive.
- Postal Service Packages: Packages shipped via the Postal Service with a tracking/delivery confirmation number provide minimal tracking information. This usually is limited to (a) when your package is given to the postal service for shipment to you and (b) when the package is scanned that it is delivered at your address.
- If you do not have your Order Number, please refer to your confirmation e-mail, contact us by e-mail or call us for assistance.
